'08er crashing...Aisle Runners?

Hi ladies. I was just wondering how many of you had customized aisle runners. If you did, how long did they take to get? Also what did you do with them after the wedding? Any info will help. TIA !

I had my mom make mine, we called the church and asked how long the aisle was (they still screwed the measurement) find out from your hall or church how long the aisle is.

ETA: My limo driver ripped the end of my aisle runner-so my mom took it home with her and is going to re-do the part that ripped, we will have it framed

We didn't have a personalized one. Just used the one the limo company provided and that was just fine. My dad grabbed it though and eventually we'll use it as scrap book backing.

I know that several girls have cut off the personalized sections of theirs and had them matted and framed.

It just wasn't that important a thing to me to have but i know that it meant a lot to other brides.
