one of our threads prompted me to post this here b/c i know that long hair is a popular desire for some brides (as it was for me) so i figured i'd pass along a good tip that i did to help my hair grow!!
take Grape Seed Extract - you can find it in any GNC (some drug stores carry it too) i got GREAT GREAT results with it!! i wish i did before and after pics but to give you an idea, i started taking it about 4-5 months before my wedding & my hair was just passed my shoulders when i started & at my wedding it was just at my bra strap in the back!! i was AMAZED by the results!

Thanks for the tip ! My hair is a bob style right now so I have a lot of growing to do even before I do a hair trial !
