Hearing about a couple who are makes me wonder just how many others are doing it too lol If you feel this is too personal, please don't answer. I don't want to pry into anyone's personal business, just know that some people enjoy sharing this stuff.

So, are you trying, trying really hard or possibly pregnant right now? For you January brides, will you try on your HM? 08 babies! How exciting!

we do not want a baby before the wedding and are not going to 'try' to have one immediately after....buttttttttttt if God decides to bless us with one i'd be totallyyyy ok with it. they are tooo cute not to want one

LOL...wow...I don't know about nutz...do you guys live together now or are waiting till after the wedding? I say enjoy each other first but I am a little bit older bride (30) so I couldn't have imagined having baby when I was 24. If you feel ready than go for it...they say its easier when you are under 30.

I would like a baby too but I need to get into my dress, lol .....we spoke about trying towards the end of this year after the wedding...By then we would have been together for almost 5 and a half years lived together for over 2....not much bonding left to do haha....

yeah we've lived together for 7 months. (including 2 with the FMIL) YIKES! & We survived! lol. but i feel like ive known him for 100 years. Sooo crazy. I know. we're buying the house we're living in from my father & I can't imagine anything else besides next christmas having a belly with our baby :)
i know most ppl including our friends say we should wait. but hey.
i guess we'll just be less careful if you know what I mean.

We definitely are NOT. and probably won't be for at least 3 years....we are both in the early stages of our careers (I am in my 2nd year of work, since I finished my masters in '06, and FH just finished his masters in may '07 and started working in Aug of this year), we're both only 24....plenty of time! We will enjoy our lives together, save money, before we get into that! Hopefully have someplace more permanent to live as well.....we're having too much fun to have a baby right now!!!

I never got the 'we're not trying but we're not avoiding' comment. If you're not avoiding, than you must be trying, and therefor when you get pregnant...its not a surprise.

i think we are going to wait a few years - 2 to 3...

we want to enjoy eachother and married life for a while. id like to travel, get comfortable in our new home first. Besides, we need 'us' time right now, if that makes sense. Im not ready to give up my 'freedom'

seriously, i find it SO annoying that we have to make sure FMIL can take our puppy when we go away.

2/3 years ago ( when i was still in school ) we couldnt go away bc she was going away during my spring break. i seriously cried for a week straight about it

i guess i am just really selfish right now!

We're going to try in March, get married and April and hopefully find out we're pregnant right after the wedding.

kind of like the teenage pregnancy thread....they don't 'try' to have kids but it happens.

not at all!! we are so not in a rush! Maybe in a year or two- we are a little older and all our friends are starting to have kids- but there are so many things that we want to do before we have kids- like travel all over- but good luck to anyone who is trying

PS- it would kill me not to be able to drink at my wedding

Fh really wants one NOW. But, I really want to wait. I'm thinking of waiting about a year after the wedding to start trying. BUT, i have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) so it might be hard for me to get pregnant....

So, we'll probably discuss it more as we get closer to the wedding, but definitely won't try until after the wedding.
