I have been calling around to different RH's and getting price quotes since we are on a very tight budget.
My goal budget for our wedding is $25,000, since we are paying for the wedding ourselves as most of us are! It actually doesn't feel like we will be too far off from our budget if we find a place that's $85 a person or less
So here it goes: (Prices for off peak months- Jan, Feb, Mar)
Larkfield Manor- $65 pp Coral House- $68 pp Fox Hollow- $85 pp approx.- very nice and said they will work with us! Mansion at Timber Point- $69-75 pp North Ritz Club- $100 pp Woodbury Country Club- $85 pp Chateau La Mer- $75 pp Sunset Harbor- $70-75 pp Venetian Yacht Club- $100 pp West Sayville Country Club- $95 pp- INCLUDES tax and gratuity The Historical Thatched Cottage- $75 pp Rock Hill Club- $65 pp- INCLUDES tax East Wind Estate- $125 pp Crest Hollow Country Club- $85-90 pp Jericho Terrace- under $100 pp (Gave me a little attitude over the phone and wouldn't quote) Bellport Country Club- $115 pp Milleridge Cottage- $100-120 pp + $1000 site fee for the main room
Hope this helps some of you girls!!!
Oh and I forgot to say these are for Saturday nights!

Re: '09 PRICE QUOTES FOR OFF PEAK MONTHS
When posting your quotes girls just make sure you also include what your minimum guarantee is because when we booked with our RH our price changed depending upon how many people we can guarantee them (which ended up being 225)!

I agree with this ... the # of ppl can have an impact on pricing.
We had the opposite situation though ...
Since we had fewer people than the halls were looking for, we were able to negotiate a lower minimum guarantee by agreeing to pay a little bit more per person.
It worked out better for us this way, so we don't get stuck paying for empty seats!

Re: '09 PRICE QUOTES FOR OFF PEAK MONTHS
'08 crasher here... We have a budget of $25,000 too. We're getting married at the Fox Hollow on the last friday of march 2008 and it's lower than what you were quoted. Even the saturday evening was lower than that. 125 minimum garuntee I realize it's a year differance BUT i dont think it would jump that much in price. Especially since we are the weekend it's supposed to jump to high season. We're also getting our wedding night free at the Inn at Fox Hollow
Talk to them again. They are very reasonable and helpful.
