last night was my first weigh in and i lost 6.8 lbs !!! im still in shock ! but sooo proud of myself !

OK... I'm going to go upstairs and weigh myself... then probably fall into a funk over how much weight i've gained since I started dating my FH - but at least I ate well all day today - I haven't been able to say that in a while.

Down 1.6 since yesterday!! Either my scale was off yesterday or working out and skipping snacks last night paid off
