I went to Made to Order and found their customer service to be terrible - ended up going to RK bridal and found the same dress I was going to order there for 100 dollars cheaper - then found it even cheaper on Netbride.com... The funny thing is they kept calling me asking if I still needed help with bridesmaid dresses - even up until two weeks before the wedding!!!

I had a terrible experience with Valentina. They ordered my dress the wrong size and then charged me for extra alterations. What was supposed to be a $200 dress turned into a $350 dress. Avoid them at all costs!

I was just going to suggest them! My FSIL used them for her wedding (she got married in 05) and they were great!!! Our fittings and everything went really well and they had a nice selection!
