that you wish to invite to a shower has two children (ages 6 and 10) is it necessary to send the kids individual invites? No, right??

2) What about the bridal party? My FSIL and future neice (age 5) are both in the BP--is it necessary for them to receive a seperate invite each??

Nobody under 18 gets their own invitation. They can be included on their mother's.

Correct Kate!

Although, I would probably do anyone older than 15 years old to make them feel special

They definitely don't need a separate invitiation. I make it over 16 or so. This is especially true because a separate invitation calls for a separate gift. So it's just more considerate and easier to invite them as a family.

I wouldn't send anybody under sixteen a seperate invite.

My FH has lots of brothers and sisters. 13 yrs and over...are in Bridal Party so they get their own and the others, I will make small inserts for. We have a special situation because there is so many and because my only younger sister is 11 and I want her to have her own as well.

Our flower girl is also his little sister and she is only 3....I think we will not send her an invite but a small children's invite or something.

I sent our neices and nephews all separate invitations. We had extra, and for the price of the stamps. it made them all feel soooooo special and excited to get a personal invite. My 8 year old neice actually slept with it on the pillow next to her the night she received it!
