I have to start off by saying this….
I am the most uncreative, unorganized and inpatient person I know. Planning this wedding has brought out so many wonderful qualities that I never knew existed. I must say I am very impressed with myself. I would be lying if I said I thought of all of this on my own. All you girls on LIW played a part in this special day. You guys gave me great ideas to help personalize this day and make it Carolyn’s and Fred’s wedding!!!! Big up to Ron and Liz for creating such a wonderful site. And with that said, I want to thank you!!! All of you!!!
I do however want to mention something. Girls, when the cat fights on LIW start, stop them at once, in fact, don’t even let them start!!!! We are all sisters, we have to be there for each other and not be our own worst enemies. This site is for advice, ideas, and maybe even making a lifetime friend or two. It’s not for competition, or who did the most or best DYI’s. Every bride is special and unique in her own way. We all have different styles and tastes. I remember reading a post a couple of weeks ago about a bride who bought a whole new wedding dress because she didn’t think enough girls on LIW liked it. I felt horrible for her. A lot of girls didn’t like my dress either, but I didn’t buy the dress to please anyone. I bought it for me. And as long as I loved it, I didn’t care what anyone else thought!!! My point is, this site isn’t used to knock one another, it’s to help one another.
I wish every single one of you all the best life has to offer. Remember never to settle in life. If you settle, you will only get less than what you deserve!!! I never thought this day would ever come. Fred showed and taught me so much. I truly believe that everything in life is meant to be, but I also believe that things happen because we make choices. I can not say enough about my love boat. He truly is my knight in shining armor. God has blessed me and my daughter with such a wonderful man!!!

To all the 05 girls having the GTG tomorrow….. Have a wonderful time!!! This year is almost at an end!!! Can you believe it???!!! Almost time for our 06 Brides to stand up!!!
