Re: 1 or 2 photographers?
I would have to say 2, especially if you have a large guest list. It helps so one can stick to the photojournalist photos and the other more traditional and some photojournalist photos.

We are having 2 photographers. I think it's better with 2. You get alot more shots that 1 would never get.

Re: 1 or 2 photographers?
I guess it all depends on what your photographer can do. With 1 photographer you can have them take your traditional shots before and then they can do candids after. IT's alsways a plus however to have another photographer on hand becaue they can capture momemts that 1 might miss.
Another thing is with digital albums - with some photographers/companies you can opt to have your album 6 months after or even a year. This will give you some time to save up money. I am having 2 photographers.
And again it depends on your budget. 2 photographers is more money too.

Re: 1 or 2 photographers?
We are doing 2 photographers. One will start off at FH's house and the other will be with me. One is around for about 5-6 hours and the other 10 or so. We won't need more than one photographer once the reception gets into full swing. There are a number of photographers that are very reasonable. We're using 12th Night. FM me if you want more info.

I replied on BHB but check out Thomas Paul, his video and 2 photo price is just right. With 2 photographers they can shoot you at any direction to get that special photojourlalist shot.

Re: 1 or 2 photographers?
Well I think that two photographers is good. My FMIL said we don't need two just one at my place, but I disagree. It's my fh's day too, there should be one at his house too.
AS for the magazine style, I know some photogs. will do an album, part mag style, part traditional. Could you possibly get just a traditional then when you get the proofs from them you can make your own online. Or do the opposite.
Have you tried bargaining with them. Maybe talk them down or something

Re: 1 or 2 photographers?
Ya know I never even thought about that. But I know that if I even suggest it to FH he'll get mad. He'll just be like, I don't need it. If he doesn't want it, I'd rather put the money somewhere else, ya know.
But I do see the point in having it.
