if given the chance, would you go back to the same place you honeymooned for your one year anniversary?
Dh wants to go back to tahiti, but instead of going to moorea and bora bora
wants to do moorea (different hotel) and huahine.
What do you think??
we are on a budget this time, so we wouldnt be at 5 star hotels this time, but still at nice places..
(background, we just bought a house, but somehow we can swing it, but the money would take away from work we have to do!)

I would love too and actually looked into it....but we can't afford $10K+ again, so we are doing Aruba instead!!!

if we could afford it again, we would go in a heartbeat-
but this time, we wouldnt take a cruise and i would jut go to bora bora and moorea-
huahine is sooo beautiful tho-check my review for pics!

But we just bought our first home, so I don't think we are going to swing Tahiti this year...

I haven't been to FP yet, so I can't really have an honest opinion-but I prefer to go different places. There are soooo many cool places to visit (Hawaii, Thailand, Australia, Africa etc) and most are probably less expensive than FP. This is just my view-I just like variety and hope to see so many different parts of the globe in my life.

Same here. With so little time and money I'd rather visit new places on each vacation so I can see as much of the world as possible.

Absolutely Angela...GO FOR IT! You can def. do it again but on a cheaper budget this time around. I will be SO happy and excited for you if you go....if you can swing it I would do it and not even think twice about it!!!

me too! i would want to see someplace else this time, thats a little cheaper and put the money into work on the house. IMO, the 1st annievrsary is important, but not as important as like the 10th or 15th will be... so i would save and go back to FP in a few years to celebrate that

Yea I doubt we will be able to drop another chunk of change like this, we will probably do one of the Islands for our 1 year. I would rather put it towards the house for now
We leave for our HM on Monday! I can't wait!

We only just got back from our honeymoon and are alreday considering it! We will probabaly end up going somewhere else just because there are so many other wonderful places in the world to go..we actually threw out India as a possibility a few days ago..I still want to go back to Thailand real soon, even if it's not next year!

We are going back to Disney and staying at the same place we stayed at for our HM. WE are doing it a month after our anniversary. It just didn't work out that we could go on our exact anniversary but that's ok

Ya know., its funny you asked that! I think we DEFINITELY would have3, but we went to Sandals St. Lucia [regency] and stayed in the 2 story villa w. pool & butler, but this year Sandals Antigua just opened a whole new section with new rooms, so we've been DYING to go there too!, so we're going there in July for our 1 year anniversary!
