1 year old wedding cake
Hey Girls I need your opinion.
So apparently with all the chaos after the wedding, our wedding cake ended up in the fridge while we were on our honeymoon for 8 days.. We put it in the freezer as soon as we got home, and it has been sitting in there ever since, but we are afraid to eat it when our anniversary comes around. It is a yellow cake with butter cream and either chocolate or strawberry filling (I dont know which layers were which).
What are your opinions? Do you think it is still good? Or do you think it spoiled sitting in the fridge for so long?
