You don't have to. I'm not changing my name at all so the deed will stay in my maiden name.

thanks. I heard it was expensive and hassle. When I sell, I'll just bring marriage certificate. When I bought my place, the owner just got married and it was still in her maiden name.

When you go to sell, you will actually sign an affidavit stating that you were have not been known as any other than except '___________'. That'll take care of it.
It's not a huge pain to re-do the deed but there is some cost involved and it's really not necessary.

I didn't change it....if it comes down to it and need to sign home related documents you can sign your maiden name and the put AKA then sign with your married name.
