100 bakery boxes for Viennese hour .. is it enough?
Hi , We have Viennese hour .. and about 120 people.. do you think ordering 100 bakery boxes 4X4X2 size is enough? What about size.. good or not? Should we assemble them ourself and give it to RH?

I would see what you RH offers first...but as for number...personally i always rather have more than less, so for 120 people, i would prob buy 150 boxes. The last thing you want is for someone to get all pissy because they didnt get a box. And i know the little old italian ladies in my family would probably take two boxes lol.

i made 150 boxes for 170 guests... i wish i would've made 200 - they were a huge hit and i know they would've been used!

I'm having between 80-100 guest. I ordered 100 big white chinnesse take out boxes. On my albun 'Inspirations' I have a picture of something similar I'm doing.

Def have more boxes, some people love sweets and will take two boxes.

they come in boxes of 100, and they're really easy to put together. I plan on making a label and displaying them on a table near the dessert tables at the end of the reception

my hall put ours together. I just delivered them flat the way I got them from the warehouse. I think I had 25 over. It's a courtesy to guests, so no one should be pissy about the number. and you know people will take more than one.

I had 200 people with 100 boxes and still have about 50 in my closet
I was so upset half my guests left before the dessert even came out
