Wow has anyone read the article on the knot website that talks about a wedding planner planning a wedding in NYC for $10,000!!!! It gives you a breakdown on what she spent money on. It is sooo cool...I wish I was that $$ savvy hahaha. It's a good article though so if you are looking to cut corners anywhere check it out for some ideas!
I was just reading this article on lunch in one of the bridal magazines!! I think thats awesome that a wedding can cost only $10,000....too bad that is only for 60 guests though and not the 100+ alot of us have...
Yeah I read about this. It's amazing that they could plan a wedding for $10,000 in New York. But her planning only worked out because it was a small wedding.
the one of the knot website said 100 guests...still less than what most people have but some of the makeup and decor ideas are cool and the hair idea was interesting oooh and the photographer idea was good to know too (though i already picked my photographer haha) i wish i had the money for a wedding planner haha
yea haha i thought it was kinda of funny that she recommended that you and your guests take the subway to the restaurant but transportation needed to be factored in and taken care of haha
Yea I don't know about the makeup idea because how can a person do that with more that just the bride in the bridal party and the list goes on and on with if's about that haha but I had thought about setting up an appointment with the makeup artists in a department store so they have the time set aside for you and your bridal party. I've seen people go there and get their makeup done before and its less money to do that than to have them travel to you because you don't have to pay travel fees. So I can see where this lady was going but I cannot see popping into the mall for a free makeup application on your wedding day. Everything has to be planned.
