Hi girls. I know some of you have taken epics already. I need some help figuring out where to take them. I loved Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and Sands Point but they each want $200+ for photographry permits!!! Crazy! Please give me some more ideas. Thanks!

You could always try the following areas: any boardwalk. Any park with a pond- Roslyn Duck Pond is nice. Fire Island could be fun. I have more ideas but some are not coming up at this moment. I'll be back with more.

I took mine in LA, but I would say a public beach is good.
We took ours on a public beach in LA and didn't have to pay.
What about Coney Island? The Ferris wheel pic is always fun.
I think my pics are in my album to give you some sort of idea..

a friend of mine took hers at the planting fields and they were beautiful and a girl on here did hers at penn station and they were gorgeous

I took mine at Battery Park & Dumbo. No permit is needed !

FH and I just took some pictures at the LIC piers ... there are pics in my album ... there are MULTIPLE backdrops there ... water ... city ... trees. I highly recommend it. Also, I don't know if we were supposed to or something, but we did not get a permit to take pictures there.
