The oil in my car was very low and my car was stalling. I normally put in 10w40, but I didn't want to drive the car anymore without putting oil in it and the gas station I stopped at only had 10w30, so I put 2 quarts of 10w30 in just to hold me over and it stopped stalling. Can put in 2 quarts of 10w40 now? Will there be a problem if I mix them? Or should I just go get a complete oil change?

the 30 and 40 are in reference to the weight. Wont really harm your car either way I switch mine for the winter to a heavier wieght
Still you shouldn't be stalling either
Take it in for an oil change find out why youre losing so much oil. You should be taking it in every three months at the least to avoid major problems

Your car is burning oil most likely (if there is no leak). Get the oil changed... but take it to a mechanic cause it could lead to a more serious problem.
