11 Days to Go!

Will I be early or late, I'm getting impatient and dying to know when this baby will come out! I don't have any signs of labor. The only things that are going on is that the baby is pretty low down, I have slight twinges, crampiness, and achiness, and the last 2 days, baby's movement has slowed down quite a bit. I had my last prenatal appt 2 days ago, and I'm not going back again until the 12th. I have some swelling, but it's really not that bad since I've seen my friends have worse.

My hospital bag is packed and there's not much else to do! Come on little one!

I am so excited for you! The countdown is on! Remember to savor the moment (if you can lol) this will be the only time you will have your firstborn pregnancy again.

Thanks, I'm not particularly nervous right now, I'm mentally prepared and expecting lots of pain. But I'm sure I will nervous once I start having contractions! I wish I could see into the future and see if I'll start labor during the day or night, when DH is home or not. But on the other hand, that's the beauty of childbirth, it's all a surprise and so much to look forward to. Since I've been driving around, going out to LI from Queens, I'm wondering what if I start having contractions when I'm 30 minutes from home?

I am anxious about the timing of the move, I mean it really couldn't be any closer, the latest is that our closing is on the 9th, the seller will be out on the 12th, and we hired movers for the 15th (MY EDD!!!) Could this be ANY more hilarious!!!??? I have to have a sense of humor about this, and have fun with it.

I'm really excited to meet my baby, to find out the sex, and to experience all the things that go with motherhood. Since I'm sitting home already on maternity leave, even though we aren't settled, I wish the baby would get here sooner than later. But, I'm content with whatever happens too.

It's true if I can make it through this, I'm maybe one step ahead in life/parenting, etc. People keep saying everything happens for a reason, it'd be nice if we knew the reason now! DH and I keep trying to figure what lesson this whole thing is trying to teach us! I guess we'll find out soon!

We really want to paint the place, I think in the long run, we don't want to paint after we're moved in, might as well do it while it's empty, so that will take 2 days, the 13th and 14th.

This is so exciting, isn't it?!?! My bag is er, *not* packed, but I'm working on getting everything together! For the longest time I thought I'd go early, now I'm feeling that this baby will be coming July 4th or later.
