I am not going to list the vendor name until i get my dresses but i promise I am going to make sure that no Bride ever orders a dress from them again.
My wedding is in 11 days. My dresses were supposed to be in Aug 15. Its now Sept 2. I have gotten nothing but attitude from their staff, they have bounced me back and forth between their Long Island and NYC office.
As of friday 1 of my dresses showed up in the long island store, 5 are still missing. Isnt that great?????
I seriously dont understand how people run a business like this.

I feel sobad for my BM's they are all stressing and I dont blame them. They have 1 weekend left before the wedding.
Such a disaster, i promise i will make sure no one ever orders from them again. This is not the stress i need right now.

OMG, that is crazy! I don't understand that. What is their excuse? I'm sure it will work out, but it's just added stress that no one needs!

They dont really have one. They just say 'well there isnt a lot we can do'

That really stinks! I would say go down to the place in person and when they tell you 'there is nothing we can do', you tell them to get on the phone, track down the dresses, and then have an employee from the store drive to wherever these dresses are to pick them up. Also, I would demand money to be taken off the price of the dresses, or that the alterations at least be done free and immediately when the dresses do arrive. I would also threaten them with the BBB or to call the news stations to do reports on them.
I know your probably have a lot on your plate right now, so it's a tough situation and there's no time to be fighting with them. But you definitely need to take a stand against them! Good luck!

Oh sh!t. That really *****. Maybe you should go to department stores to see if there is a dress you like as a back up. I would beat them senseless.

UPDATE: I just spoke to someone who said my dressed should be there on Friday!!!!!! Thats 7 days before my wedding and there are no promises.

I will pray too. I would even go there in person on friday. They better call first thing. I would even find out if they are being shipped UPS or whatever. Find out what time thye get shipments......& then call around that time.

I agree with one of the other posters who suggested going to a department store and picking out a backup dress, just in case. But hopefully it will work out ok and you won't need the department store backup dress!
