We got married this past November and had the same problem. Our photographer was no help!!! EAB was an option but wouldn't be decorated for Christmas yet and we weren't impressed when it wasn't. We wound up going to the Inn at Fox Hollow.
They have a fireplace on each floor lobby. We did have to get a room for the night (which we weren't going to use, so we gave it to friends to use) It was about $199. Worth it in my opinion. I forget what EAB costs. Do a search this has been discussed before. Where are you getting married?
