so i won the 1/2 DOC with Bleu diamond events....YAY! we are going to meet with them this weekend.
Since I get the 1/2 day she said i get to decide if I want her to be there from getting ready through ceremony or ceremony to the end of the reception.
I am getting married at RH so everything is in one place.
when do u think it would be most useful to have her there?

I'm using Gina for a full DOC and she's great, you're going to love her. I would say from the end of the ceremony through the reception just to make sure everything runs on time and stays on schedule.

i had also won 1/2 of her services. i chose to upgrade and pay for the full day. if you just have her for th 1/2 day i would prob rather have her at the reception

i would want them there for the reception to make sure sure all your vendors know what they are doing. dj make correct announcements and has must play/do not play list. if photog needs assistance finding people on your list of must take photos and so on with the rest of the vendors. also you want her to help you give out tips and make sure you have everything at the end of the night to take hom.
it would also be really important to me to have her at the ceremony so she could coordinate getting everyone down the aisle correctly, getting the bouts and the corsages to the right people and make sure they are on correctly.
even though it would be nice to have her there while you get ready, youll have all your girls around at that time all in one place if you need anything.

I'm having a half day coordinator. I'm having her from the morning until about 2 hours into my reception. I'd rather her be there early to make sure all the vendors get there and everything is the way it should be.

are you comfortable and confident with your banquet manager?
i might want them from the time the limo shows up to the first dance. that should be 1/2 days worth.

we won gina for 1/2 day last year! We had her come for ther eception! She was awesome..she paid everyone for us and made sure everything went smoothly..she also was there to set up all of our details! You are in great hands with anyone working for her company!

the one i won is 1/2 day too. since i only have an MOH and FG its not like i have a whole bunch of people to organize and put in order for the ceremony plus we have a gap between ceremony and reception. so i think i'd prefer for her to be there towards the end rather than the beginning too.

OMG! I never considered getting a DOC because the place where I am having a reception has a person who oversees everything. Do you guys think I need a DOC in addition to this 'included reception person' Now I am worried!!!!
