I know they don't do albums in their basic packages, but do they print out a certain number of proofs or do you only get the cd ???

only the CD...no proof print outs... Its actually 3 (or 2 cant remember!)DVDs that are edited with music...

Its a slideshow of your photos from the day... He adds music in the background so its not boring to watch! No videographer its the photographer doing.. In other words a photo montage of your pics...
You'll also get a cd where you can upload your photos to snapfish or any other online photo place or you can simply take the CD to CVS to have it printed.
It's his way of presenting it rather than printing them all out for you and charging you $$ for it... He's very helpful and will explain it all to you and guide you through how to upload photos and so on...

I guess you can still get the photos from the DVD too.. but thats what I remember from our conversation. I dont see it being an issue either with Dom because it doesnt take much for him to burn photos on a CD for you...

you can always print out the proofs from an online service like shutterfly for a few cents.

He told us we could pay for him to print the proofs, or just take the DVD and upload onto shutterfly or similar program and print them ourselves. He actually suggested we do it the cheaper way online, but he will do it if you want him to.

I used 12 night - you get 3 slide show DVD's set to music, and a CD Rom with all of JPEG files. The CD Rom contains your proofs - you have to print them yourself.
I uploaded my proofs to shutterfly and ordered them from there.
