Melissa - Slow down, take naps, relax, sit and do NOTHING, enjoy the peace and quiet because in about two weeks your precious little one will be here and life will be hectic!

Melissa it can happen any day now. Can't wait to meet your little one! HAs you doctor given you any ideas to spped along labor: walking, spicy food, sex!!!

Hi girls! Well, to answer some of your questions...we are having a GIRL (this was confirmed once again at our ultrasound last week....phew!). They estimated her weight at 7 lbs 3oz last week, although at my doctor appt this morning, my doctor said that the u/s tech has been overestimating the weight quite often lately. So, my baby is probably in the 6 lbs range, rather than 7. Sounds good to me! I'll be delivering up here near Rochester, NY...I wish I was down on LI!
My doc says it's any day now....it's just so hard to wait! I am sitting and relaxing a lot (my first official week OFF!), but I am so bored!!! I know I have to be patient though!
I plan to take a long walk later...I've been eating lots of eggplant parmigan (sp??) as well! Hee hee. Maybe it's tacos tonight!

Everything is pretty much set! I still have to wash a few more items...blankets mostly, but other than that, the nursery is done (phew!) DH and I still have to go pick up our glider and ottoman from BRU. And we want to have the carpets cleaned this week or next. But that's about it!!!

I know the anticipation is killing you but try to relax and enjoy these few weeks. BTW, I dont know if you read my labor story but I went into labor MAKING the eggplant parm!!! I popped it into the oven to cook and went in the shower and my water broke in the shower. So the eggplant does have some magical powers
