14 month old daughter has really bad Eczema

Today i took her to the drs cause she had a terrible out brake all over her arm and now she is on anti botics cause she got an infection.
If anyone has any good sites on eczema and infections from eczema can you please post .

My son had it really bad when he was little. Use Aveeno baths and moisturizer (use the moisterizer at least twice a day)
