wow someone needs to tie her tubes... if she was able to support the kids without help from the govt it would be a different story.. but come on!! ridiculous.

A little different of a reaction that most of you. Coming from a South American country, I can honestly say that the opportunities for education, job, etc, doesn't exist in other countries. I think sometimes we're blindsighted by the fact that we have it so good in America and are quick to judge others in other parts of the world w/out first realizing what their social economic status may be. Granted that the mother may look for help from the govt...but should she have gotten an abortion and killed 3 lives instead? What would you do? I think those children are a blessing (17 years old or not)...and again, coming from one of those countries, the average age for a girl to get married is between the ages of 16 and 19. Anything older and they are considered no good. Maybe she's married or maybe she isn't, but by the age of 20 my grandmother had 9 children.
Ladies, please have an open mind and don't be too quick to judge.
