Well not really......Their contracting florist does.

So my fh lives in Barbados. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for him. The top pic is what I ordered and the bottom pic is what he got.

Yeah I got that message also. I called back and there is an option to press I think #3 if you are ordering flowers for a funeral or sympathy. I pressed that and eventually got connected to someone.


Thank you for the tip!!! I'll pass it along to FH. How shady that they don't want to take calls from paying customers!
