Is anyone adding anything cute or funny on to the end of their first dance? I was just watching a couple of videos on youtube that really seemed like the bride and groom had fun and the guests loved it! It seemed to really get the party started. Check these out to see what I mean.click here
We didn't do anything cute or funny per se, but a lot of couples perform a choreographed dance that puts a special touch to the whole thing. DH isn't much of a dancer, but he surprised me when halfway through our first dance he got down on one knee and just sang our wedding song to me. It was really sweet and had me bawling, along with a lot of our guests!!!!
I thought that was different and it made our first dance even more special.

I could totally see my fh wanting to do something like that. I hope to god he doesn't see that! He already has said he wants to 'crowd surf' into the wedding. I can't take much more!

My cousin and her husband walked into eek-a-mouse's 'all night'. It's a reggae song. They danced to it, then went into their slow first dance for which they took lessons for. It looked great!

Cindy, you guys are almost the same height when he kneels.
That's really sweet. People would have started crying at our wedding if Rusty sang.
I went to Eden's wedding (LIW bride) and she and her husband had been taking Swing dance lessons for weeks. They started out with a nice dance, and then the DJ stopped the song and they did their swing routine.
It was the coolest first dance I had ever seen.

Nope but we sang our song to each other and people thought it was choreographed (it wasn't but I am a dancer)...love watchin gour first dance on video!!!!!!!!!

I love the idea of doing something like this but just as the girls said above, my FH cannot stand dancing and nonetheless, has no clue how too. He first needs to learn how to dance!!

we aren't doing anything special but we are taking a few dance lessons...I want FH to be able to dip me and dance a little better then just doing circles on the dance floor.

We took dance lessons (we won them at the WOTY) and had a choreographed first dance. It was a huge hit and so much fun!

FH and I were thinking about doing something kinda funny but he doesnt want to..... We both have a good sense of humor about the fact that we are both 'fat'....I think it would be funny in the end if I dipped him instead of him dipping me....just a really quick little something....we're not the traditional couple....while he is bigger than me (he's 6'5') I just thought it would be funny! He doesn't want to do it because he thinks I will drop him....
