did you or will you share your 1st dance song with your family and friends?
FH and I have one that is our top choice but i'm not sure if I want to share it with my parents and family and friends or if i want them to be surprised and hear it at the wedding for the first time.

we want our guests to be surprised - it's not like the most beautiful song that ever was - but it WAS a popular song and I never hear it on the radio - so I want my guests to be 'awwwww, I remember this song, how perfect!'

Hmmm, I hadn't really thought about it. For me, I don't think I would mind sharing what it was if anyone asked. But, maybe that is just bc I have no clue what it will be yet!

thats true that will be nice! The song we picked is prob a song most of them dont know because i hadnt really heard it before i found it recently. But the words are so meaningful i think i want to catch my mom off gaurd with it haha.. shell be a mess!

we dont want to share our first dance song, mother/son song or father/ daughter song with anyone. We want it to be a surprise and we feel it will be more meaningful.

LOL i tell anyone that will ask, i never thought of keeping it a surprise. Alot of my older guests won't know the song, so anytime i tell them they have no clue...I tell my friends who know it but i don't mind lol obviously or i wouldn't tell them.

We havent even picked a song yet, but if we did I'd have no problem sharing it. I can't recall ever being at a wedding and actually caring what the first dance song is. Honestly, I think only the bride and groom really care.
