You totally don't have to listen to me at all, but I honestly think you could find something even more beautiful and gorgeous that would suit your perfect tiny body even better. You have a lot of time, so maybe do a little more searching and try on some other styles before you pick.
This dress looks amazing on you, but you have such a great body shape and size, I honestly think a lot of dresses would. You could also try craig's list and see if you can get an amazing bargain on a dress that was worn once (or even never worn!) which is a very 'green' thing to do and could save you a lot of money.
I agree, you waist is amazingly small and lovely... the dress is pretty... but that's it. I think you can do amazingly better and I think when you find it, you won't need to ask us and it won't be a 'possibly'
