I am not surprised. They have the worst customer service commitment. I work in retail and it just bugs the **** out of me when you are spending really good money at a place and they make you feel terrible. I bought my dress at Kleinfelds because of the bad experience I had with BR.

Geez Louise!! i have heard such awful things about bridal reflections at Massapequa and Carle Place!! WHy are they so mean?
sometimes the smaller boutiques are much more accomodating!!! and nicer!!!

I've heard they can be kind of snotty. don't feel bad, they are probably miserable themselves and don't like to see happy brides
