2 Big Checks!!!

Went to San Diego last weekend to pick our Wedding Venue and Photographer. We have it booked!!!

The Ceremony & Reception will take place on Coronado, CA. We picked a place called Candelas on the Bay. It's perfect for us! It's a restaurant and we have rented out the entire place. I've attached a pic. You can see the beach right outsite the window and that is where the ceremony will be.

We booked our photographer as well. They're called Dapper Images. Amazing use of color and style is what nailed it for us. www.dapperimages.com.

Next up: Dress Appointments on Feb 4th and another weekend in San Diego on the 18th to pick our Florist, Invitations and DJ.

i find the easiest way to post pix is to put it in an album, right click it and 'copy image address'...then in the post, click insert web image and paste the address in there...I can never post pix otherwise and resizing is a nightmare

its such a gorgeous place - u must be soooo excited!!!

Ahhh, thanks for the tip!

We are very excited. We went and looked at 3 places. 2 were resorts on the island and this was the last. Our wedding coordinator is the one that suggested it. Not only was the place itself perfect, but what really sold us was that the 2 resorts were going to run us about $100 a head. The restaurant, $50!!!! And they were all going to cost the same total. So for us it meant we could invite everyone we wanted to have, and come out at the same price.

FH was awsome too. He was asking questions, looking at stuff, taking pics. I was so happy that he really was involved and wanted to be. He's awesome!
