2 BR apt. for rent, if anyone's looking

My neighbor just told me that her tenants are moving out and they are looking for some nice people to rent to. I never actually spoke to her before this, but she said that FH and I looked nice (looks can be so deceiving ), so she figured she could try to get some nice tenants like us if we knew anyone. Anyway, it's a 2 BR in Whitestone w/central air/heat. If anyone's interested, let me know and I'll try to find out whether she'll rent it directly. She said they listed with a bunch of brokers but it's been slow so far.
