2 people just called saying they want to come to the wedding after all....

I already handed in my placecards to the reception hall

well luckily, yesterday, we had 2 people who were supposed to come call saying they they won't come. So our number is the same. Otherwise, I think you would have to pay the balance on the day of?

We;re just going to make them placecards and give it to the maitr'd?

well, they told my parents...and it's kind of disrespectful in our culture to say no...especially to an older relative. so they are coming. But at least the people that were invited DO know our family, so they're not like total strangers.
