2 dresses?? for your wedding
Is this true? should I have 2 different dresses for my wedding?

It's up to you. Some brides want a more traditional dress for the ceremony and something a little easier to move in for the reception; maybe something that's a little more fun and sexy. I'm pretty traditional. I have one gown for the entire day. Your choice!
I was having trouble deciding on Adrea and kept saying that I needed two our more dresses but realistically it is just not in my budget and then I would probably have a hard time deciding which one to wear for what part of the wedding.
I'm wearing one. But I am thinking about changing it up for the reception. My dress comes with detachable lace straps, so I think I'm going to wear them for the church, then for the reception take them off and put on a sparkly sash.
I am only wearing one. I cannot fathom spending hundreds or even thousands of dollars on something I am only wearing for 30-45 minutes at the ceremony. If it is in your budget and interests you, go for it, but it's certainly not in mine!
I am only going to have 1 dress. It is going to be hard to just wear the dress for 1 day. I definitely won't want to limit my time even more wearing it. Even if I did have the budget for it, which I definitely don't, I still would only pick 1 dress.
I'm wearing one. I can't imagine spending thousands of dollars on a dress just to take it off after ceremony and pictures.
i only personally know one girl who had 2 dresses and IMO that was the only thing that made sense: she had a destination wedding to DR since she and her DH were born there/had family there. the church was very strict about what kind of dress was necessary, but it was august in DR and she had a fun white party dress from jessica mcclintock for afterwards - so it didn't even really break the bank
if i had unlimited funds, maybe i would do 2 lol..i will be having one since i want to put my whole budget into one dress, and if i'm going to spend so much on one dress i want to wear it for as long as possible! i went to one wedding where the bride changed into a cute short white dress that wasn't bridal at all for the last hour or so for dancing- she still wore her bridal gown for most of the day though.
I personally plan on getting 2 dresses because I don't think I will be able to dance as much as I would like to in my dress. So i want to get a second one for the reception. I also want for my second dress to be more form fitting since that is what I originally wanted but I ended up getting a princess dress.
I don't have the $$ for 2 dresses... I barely have the $$ for 1, lol.
I got 2 but only because I got my first one at a steal but it is very formal and ballgown so the second one is tighter and more party like and we are doing afterparty too so it was a no brainer for me. I don't think anyone has to have it...just dpeends on what you picture yourself doing.
I am only having 1 dress. My wedding day will be the only time (besides TTD) that I will be wearing my dress so why take it off?! I'll be wearing it all day and night! Lol
I'm only doing 1 dress. I made sure that my dress is romantic, sexy, and I can party in it!
