2 maids if honor???

Hi everyone--I am new to the site. I am having my 2 best friends as my maids of honor. I grew up with them & I just can't choose between them. Is this the wrong thing to do? Should I pick just one?

I only have 3 girls in my bridal party and 1 is a maid of honor, the other is a Matron of honor lol I say have both of them!

I have 2 sisters and therefore 2 maids of honor. I really feel like anything goes today!

Congratulations and welcome.
If I were you I'd pick both. I was actually thinking about having my sister and best-friend as Maid of Honor, but I just optioned to have my sister. Although I love my best-friend, I feel as though that privilege should go to my sister just because she's been w/ me forever and have a closer bond.

I think that's a great idea - I considered it - I have two sisters that I am very close with and wanted them both....only problem is is that I have three sisters and I didnt want my other sister to feel left out - so I chose one maid of honor and had my other two sisters as bridesmaids....

I was actually thinkig the same thing. I have my best friend in FL since I am in junior high, but then I have a girlfriend that I have become very close with over the last 2 years. I love them both dearly and I feel like it just wouldn't be the same not to have one of them be a MOH. I just wonder how it works with the wedding ceremony. I am not good with wedding stuff so I don't know if they do something during the ceremony.

Two heads are better than one...

I kinda have two myself.... my FSIL who is like my main maid of honor... and then my best friend... There was no doubt in my mind i want FSIL to be MOH but I wanted something that made my bf more special than the rest of my girls.... i call her co-moh hehe

I have two MOH. I was in the same boat and decided to have both. It's been great. They get along great and it's been a blast. Go for it!!!

There is no reason why you can't have two MOH. My sister's have all done it and I plan on doing it also.
