2 Months to go!!!

After being engaged since January 11 2000 and thinking that September of 2001 sounded so far away, I am now down to 2 months to go. I thought I had everything well in hand, but now all of a sudden there seems like so much to do. In the last month alone I moved, started a new job, addressed and sent out my invites, and about a hundred other things, but every time I look at my list I realize that I have about a hundred more. Arrgghhh...just venting I guess. It just hit me that my time is running short and that September will be here before I know it. Thanks for listening!!

It's so exciting when you hit this point! Don't wish it away... it's so sad the day after the wedding! Enjoy your last 2 months as the 'bride'. : )

Wendy - if I lived near you I would make you a nice cup of tea, and demand you take at least a half hour bubble bath to relax, clear your head, and think about NOTHING! When it's all said and done, in the end, you will have had a beautiful day - no matter what. You're going to be spending the rest of your life with the man you love - what else could you ask for! The list will get smaller with each passing day, as your love for each other grows stronger...vent anytime!

I completely understand!! We are getting married in Sept too!! Last night my Fi and I were watching TV and I forget now but there was something wedding realted on. I love watching wedding related stuff- it makes me all happy!!! I made a comment about it and my Fi laughed at me....and then I thought and told him....that I only have 2 months left to be the bride to be....two months left to enjoy the planning, the suspense and trying to imagine my wedding day. All our lives we try and picture and dream about what our wedding day will be like--- and in two months it will be over and that kinda makes me sad!!! Man- I sound kinda cheesey!!! In about two mins I will go back to freaking out that everything won't get done in time but that's the way it goes!! Good luck and try hard to enjoy this time!!!

Thanks to everyone for the lift. The last few months have been crazy and I haven't seemed to find any time just for me. I am making myself take a break this weekend. The only wedding related thing I am doing is going for my makeup trial with Jackie. That I am really looking forward to. Marnles....I live in Oyster Bay if you want to come make me that cup of tea!!! Thanks for the offer.
