So our count is at 123 with me and FH included, and our minimum is 125. We have 7 people still outstanding, and we just need 2 of them to say yes to meet our minimum!!!!! If we count our vendors, we already met it....I'm shocked! Talk about making it by the skin of our teeth haha.
I'm not very confident about the 7 remaining though, so it's entirely likely we will not get these 2 last people...but we came very, very close and I can't complain too much for having like 85 OOT guests on the list.

We had someone get into a car accident on their way to our wedding so she and her husband didn't end up coming (it was awful -- I'm just so glad she was ok since the car was totaled!) so 2 extra meals is not too bad at all -- and it would be awesome if they'd box them for you so you'll have some ready to heat meals in the freezer for when you get home!
Your wedding is going to be here so soon!! (But hopefully not too soon since between now and then I have to figure out Thanksgiving at our new place... eek). I'm so happy for you!!!!!

it ***** we were the same way! our min was 175 i think we had 174 but that included some kids who were suppose to be half price!

Ugh, I know, the kid/vendor situation is so annoying.
The way it works at Villa is that once you meet your minimum, kids and house vendors are half price and non-house vendors are 1/3 off. We have to clarify though if it's retroactive...Like if we end up with 126 people, does that mean that we only get the discount on 1 child/vendor (to bring it back down to paying for 125 full)?
We've got 4 non-house, 2-3 house, and 9 kids that we can actually get away with calling kids for these purposes...more like 13 or 14 but older teenagers too. Would be REALLY nice to get all of them at their rightful discounted price, but I don't think that's how it works.

Well, I still have PLENTY reason to worry....FH is about to throw a GM out and try to replace him with 2 more guys with 25 days left, and says that I have to redo my programs, which I don't have the time or supplies to do so anymore, so most likely I will have spent all that time and money for nothing and not even be able to use my beautiful Twilight programs. Ugh. Is it over yet?

They count towards my minimum as a full priced guest if I'm under 125. But until I have 125 non-working guests they don't count discounted. So I just need 2 more people out of the 5 remaining guests to say yes before I meet that!
