Has this happened to anyone? I got AF on 7/26, very light and only lasted about 2 days. Then I got AF again on 8/14, again very light and only lasted about 2 days. Any ideas? I went off the pill in April. AF has been showing up about every 34 days, except for this August one.

do you think there was a possibility that you were pregnant? This happened to a friend of mine, and the doctor said that there was a possibility that she was VERY early in her pregnancy and had a little 'implantation bleeding' (this happens when the egg attatches to the wall of the uterus). But some times the pegnancy does not last and then a period can start as usual. I think many of us go through this, most women have a very early miscarriage that you were not even aware of.

I have no idea - I never even thought about being pregnant because I wasn't late or anything. I have a drs. appt next month so I will ask about this.

Same thing happened to me. I had AF on July 26th and then got it again on the 15th. But my problem was that I had surgery on the 10th and forgot to take my BC pills for 4 days after surgery. I tried doubling up, but it was too late, I got AF again. Maybe it is just a reaction to you stopping the pill. This was the first time in 5 years that I ever screwed up taking my BC pills, and this is what happened to me, I was actually freaking out!!

Some women get their AF 2x's a month.. some only 1x.. it's very normal. My aunt used to get her AF 2x's a month.. it's not a biggy.
It also could do with the fact that your off the pill and your body is going through hormonal changes..
Also, women who get their periods 2x's a month have an easier chance of getting pregnant...

I get mine twice a month - my concern was that I will eventually run out of eggs? My Dr. always told me not to worry about it.
