omg. i recently discovered this frozen dinner called 'garden lites'..u can put it in oven or microwave

last night i had butternut squash souffle
and today is zouchini (sp) souffle

really delish!! and only 2 points!!!
mmmmmm

i must go buy more!!!

they are filling...but they are so yummy, that if i had another i might be tempted to make two!

actually teh zuchini was much better than the butternut (and i normally love butternut). i cant wait to try the spinach and garden veggie i have at home

barb -- problem is -- i found them at jack's dollar store (third floor...$3.50 each)....so i dont know if the local supermarkets have them. i hope so!!!!!!

anyone ever see these in the local supermarket??

yup! i was there looking for pew bows (no luck)..and made my way upstairs. i didnt even know they had three floors!!!
