2 Videographers

Anyone have 2 videographers? Is it worth it?

i am gonna get this...the reason why i personally want it is so they can get both perspectives at once...they can keep the camera on for me instance when i walk down the aisle but also one camera on fh the whole time to catch his whole reaction so when they edit it you can see both moments and capture the whole thing

You only need 2 videograghers if you are having them interview people at you reception. I'm not doing this so I only have one.

If you aren't having a huge wedding, you probably don't need 2.

Your whole video is only going to be maybe 2 hours, out of the whole 6 hour day.

But it depends on how important it is to you. It seems like ESPO really wants to capture the 'down the aisle' moment, so it it worth it for something like that.

I would think 2 photographers would be better than 2 videographers, but that is just because I know that I will look at my pics more than my video. And because I am on a tight budget and have to pick.

its not just for down the aisle, that was just one example i gave to really explain how it can come to use..Also for example to have one videographer film the whole time im getting ready, and the whole time FH is getting ready, if we have 1 then they would only be able to film me. There are other examples too...But i am also having a big wedding, over 300 ppl so thats another time it will come in handy

Also we don't know if she is having 2 photographers or not, if she asked whether or not she should have 2 photographers or 2 videographers then that would be a different situation...For all we know she does have 2 and is also thinking of 2 videographers.

i am going to have 2 videographers for the first half of the wedding... getting ready, ceremony, first dance, toast... when the dancing starts, i only have one. i like it that way.

My FH works in TV production so he insisted on having 2 videographers and 2 photographers. It's imortant to him because he doesn't believe one person can get the action (of say us) and reaction from the guests, or the action of the bride and reaction of the groom, etc. He really wants to have the opportunity to get multiple views. I've seen plenty of wedding videos where only 1 videographer was used and the film was beautiful so it's really about your preference.

i'm sure 2 people would be able to catch a lot of great memories, but we are going with 1 because we just can't afford any more $$$
