Won't you have 1 more the week before the wedding? We had a meeting about 2 weeks ago and one the week of the wedding to give in my seating chart and make my final payment.

They consider this your final meeting as per the letter. I think the day we give them final payment all that would be taken care of and handed in with all the reception hall stuff. But here we are picking all the detailed stuff.
