I am a nervous Nellie, we thru caution to the wind this month during o week. Of course now all these things are runninig thru my mind like how i have dentist appt - should I tell him i might be preggo, or how i m supposed to give blood - should i tell them I might be preggo, Or how I should call my gastro and tell him that I might be preggo and should I stop my reflux meds. How did you'all deal with this. Should I just not worry and wait until I find out if I am preggo then worry. I dont know.

I can understand...I am in my 2 week waiting period...I get very bad sinus headaches..I usually take Tylenol Sinus but if you are preggo you can't take it...I have been taking Sudafed, because that is something you can take if your are preggo, and they DONT WORK!!!! I have had a bad headache since Monday!!

You should check with your OB on what you can and can't take during pregnancay. If you are actively TTC then you shouldn't be taking any no meds.
For example I knew I wouldn't be able to take my migraine meds so I weened off them when I stopped taking BC.

The dentist is fine as long as you're not getting any x-rays. I would not donate blood and I would stay away from all medications until you know for sure.

I would only take tylenol and a cup of coffee for a bad headache, try to stay away from artificial sweeteners and just try to take it easy. ( I try to not lift heavy things etc. Dh does it for me anyway.) I know it is so hard when trying to figure out if you are PG. We just started to try for 2 months now and it is so fustrating when you get the bad head aches etc.
