and i am sooo excited. i have never been there before. Fh went there in July for work. We're going may 1st and coming home the 5th and his dad is getting married on the 3rd.
any recommendations? where should we go? what should we do? where should we eat?

Honestly. . . you should go EVERYWHERE!! You should definately look at all the hotels, they have so much to see - all of them - b.c they are all so different.
Where are you staying?
There are a lot of shows - I know the MGM Grand has shows all the time. Just walking up and down the strip touring the hotels is soo much fun!

oooh VEGAS!! I went there when I was younger with my parents and planning to go there for a Bachelorette Party. I heard the clubs are awesome and just walking the strip is a lot of fun too! Let us know how it goes so I can get some ideas for when we go

I will be in Vegas April 29 till May 3rd!!! We are staying at the Bellagio and then Monte Carlo. I am going with FH to a conference (hence the Bellagio stay). It should be fun.

OK LOVE THE LUXOR! right near Mandalay which happens to have the best pool scene! but the new place to hang is the palms or the hardrock but the HR is off the strip. Anyway check out all of the hotels so many things to see & do its so fun! They have alot of great restaurants everywhere! The weather should be around 85/90/95 this time of year. Perfect pool days! Great night life have a blast!

I have been there about 10x- definitely see fountains in front of bellagio, shops at caesars and venretian. venetian has a gondola ride.
Shows- 'O' cirque de soleil is great. I liked the comedian danny Ganns.
don't miss the hoover dam
i love, love the piano bar in NY NY- loads of fun

Have fun!!!! I have been there once but I didn't do much when I was there so I'm sorry I really can't recommend anything!
I am supposed to be going back with some girlfriends in August and I can't wait! Luckily one of my friends has been there a few times and can point me to the best spots!

omg, i love love love vegas!!!! you're going to have so much fun. you have to eat at Rao's in caesars palace...it's delish!! and visit as many hotels as possible...fh and i had the best time last year and we did everything. we even wound up extending the trip another day we had so much fun!!!
