OUr movers told us the tip was 20% of the total cost of the move and then they split it among themselves. They were here for about 6 hours and it came out to about $40 per person for three people.

Wow! In addition to the cost of moving? I'm so glad my FH's crew will be doing the moving for us. All we have to do is pay each guy $100.

we did $25 each- it was for an apartment though (less rooms) and just under 4 hours.
