I went for my level II sono today.
It was so exciting to see all the organs, and the doctor said everything looks fine. WHEW!

So I got to talking with the sono tech, and it turns out we grew up in the same town, and graduted HS the same year, from different HS's in the same district, and we had a lot of the same friends. Small world, right??
So, since we were feeling so friendly toward each other, after the doctor was done, she gave me a 3D and 4D sono!! The pictures are AMAZING! We saw the baby kicking, ****ing it's thumb, and yawning. It was such an incredible experience!!

Jenn - that just took my breath away. It is such a miracle, I find myself just awestruck. What a perfect little baby. So glad to hear all is well!

I cried when I saw that!!!!!!! OMG...how amazing! I have never seen something so incredible! Really makes you realize the wonder and miracle of being a woman...we carry that, nurture that, a human being...its the greatest miracle of life ever!

OMG!!!!!!! I have goosebumps and the waterworks are going to start!!! I'm so happy to hear that everything went well last night -- I was thinking of you all night!!! I'm glad you finally got to see the Lima Bean in all his/her glory!!!!!! That picture was amazing!

I'm jealous, I wish I got the 3-D/4-D sonogram!

Did I hear somebody mention a Baby Fortunoff day????? I'm there......

First of all, Cira, just name the day and you KNOW I'll be at Baby Fortunoff!!!!!

Also, Michele, Patrick corrected me earlier... the photo I posted is a 4D. It's the 3D ones where the face is covered. You think I'd have realized that on my own, since the 4D's are the most clear.

Jenn, that is so amazing....I am so teary eyed....and hearing that song, too. I can only imagine the emotions you must have felt seeing that beautiful little face. I am so glad everything is just great!
