Yay!

I am thinking of booking with Solutions Valet, but not quite sure how pricey they are...do you mind sharing???

I booked Solutions....they were, like, $250 ish. Depends on the size of the wedding - how many guys they will need. Our wedding has 200 guests = 3 valets.

Hi Ladies!!

So Leslie called to set up my tasting!!! It's going to be April 22 at noon, I'm so EXCITED!!!

She had sent me a list of passed Hors’doeuvres that I would be trying (six to be exact) & the list had 3 seafood tastings and neither my Mom nor I eat seafood plus it had the lamb chops (which most people would love but not me) so I wrote her back and asked if I could substitute one of the seafood for something else and not only did she say yes but she always added in one more for us to try and so I wrote her back to say thank and she writes:

'No problem Devon. Can't call it a tasting if the bride is not Tasting anything.
LOL.'

I LOVE working with Leslie!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway here is what we'll be trying from the 3 star menu so far, we still have to pick the 3 entrees:

Passed hors d'oeuvres
-Shrimp in Ale Batter
-Scallops in Bacon
-Brochettes of Hawiian Chicken
-Brochettes of Beef
-Baby Lamb Chops
-Asparagus spears en croute
-Shitake Mushrooms en croute

Appetizer Selections:
-Crepe Florentine
-Mozzarella with Tomato & Basil
-Coquille St. Jacques
