I am so excited...and tired!
I'm having my food tasting this Sunday, so I'll let you girls know.
As far as I know, you come in when there's a party and taste a few different things from the different courses. During the tasting you also pick out the table settings and linens and cake and stuff. She told us it takes about 3 hours, so if you are bringing other people to have them come in their own car so that they can leave right after the tasting if they don't want to stick around. Apparently, lots of dads get really cranky after the food part!
We're also moving this weekend! So, plenty of things to do and SO little time!
How is everyone else doing???

at my tasting we:
picked 3 entrees: chicken wellington surf & turf salmon & Leslie also gave us the other chicken b/c it's her favorite to try haha
Passed hors d'oeuvres -Shrimp in Ale Batter -Scallops in Bacon -Brochettes of Hawiian Chicken -Brochettes of Beef -Baby Lamb Chops -Asparagus spears en croute -Shitake Mushrooms en croute
Appetizer Selections: -Crepe Florentine -Mozzarella with Tomato & Basil -Coquille St. Jacques
We also finalized everything this day as well.....(although you will have one more meeting after tasting)
