2009 Bridal Shower Committees

These were the identified committees so far:

DIY projects
Activities/Games
Decorations
Favors?
Secret Bride

Please state which committee(s) you would like to be involved with and then let the committee as a whole make a decision on who the chair be. I think that would the fair way instead of a person deiciding on their own that they would like to be the chair.

I can start:
I would like to involved with the DIY projects andd/or secret bride.

I think 2-3 people is a good number of people. You can each have different tasks in that group. A person to find out the differnt registries, informing ppl, keeping the listing, etc.

MRSin2009...why don't you take the secret bride..you seem to be really into it and i bet you will do a great job...I can jump on a DIY or favors comittee or if Mrs Moore needs help with games I can do that..

Oh boy.... now I have to start planning how many I'll allow and you know you cant be that lazy right? As chairwoman of the lazy committee I will be commanding you around. As a matter of fact, I already ordered my clipboard. It will hold my list of duties that I will command others to do.

Sure... Ednkim4eva is helping me too... we didn't want to do too many things... but we can figure out a way to have everyone work on something - I just really am excited about my two trivia games! I love trivia and I think I can make it be really funny and personal for everyone!

i like how the people who apparently are on the 'dont want to do anything 'com. are teh ones who started problems because they wanted to be such a big part of planing..hmm...interesting

I am not trying to make this difficult! I was tryinng to make a fun event and then everyone wanted to do it this way. Now how about the girls who are not on now and want to do something and decisions are being made. I am one of the nicest people and always help out brides with things they need so dont even say I am hell bent on trying to make this difficult.

I am going to have to disagree with you - and I am trying to do this as nicely as possible... when there isn't much to do, it is hard to have alot of people working on it... I understand why she thinks it should be only two... when I first started talking about this I wanted to do secret bride, and then when she asked to help I said she should just do it, because i felt like it really is only enough for one person... what exactly would three people do with simply selecting names out of a hat and emailing people?
