Ok I just got in from work and seems like most ok with Nassau as a middle ground b/w Suffolk and NYC boroughs.
I suggested Davenport Press a great place in Mineola and right near the train so people can LIRR it also.
The lunch party menu is $26.95 pp + tax and gratuity and includes umbrella wishing well, cake, champagne and unlim soda. Alcohol will make things more expensive so how about a cash bar ? (Sorry cheaper price online was for weekdays only) So with all it would be $35 pp and we get an unbrella and wishing well!
I called Davenport and a nice man gave me all detials and the date is available. I would only need to put down a deposit which I will do and then final headcount few days before and final payment that day. There is room for up to 100 and min 50, room for 50 and room for 40 with 25 min
