2011 bride here- ? about tips

Hey girls! getting married in 48 days and starting to figure out all the final details..

anyone have a handy list of how much to tip each vendor- even just estimated tips??

Maitre Dee = $ 3- 6 per person depending on the service
Bridal Attendant = $50 - 150
Photographer - $50 - 100 pp
Videographer - $50- 100 pp
DJ/ MC = $50 to $100
Limo Driver= 20 % gratuity if they are good
