and I want scream! Anyone who has quit can give me some pointers.... Me and FH are quitting together so that helps alot.. but these cravings are killing me!

And I am home all day today which does not help....

maybe its working, today is day 5..i had one last night b/c we ate a HUGE dinner out...but today im not craving one at all-i havent even had a piece of nicotine gum yet! It's starting to get easier-so keep it up!!!!!!!
